Mad Jack Cafe has a comprehensive spread of delicious cakes with recipes sourced and developed by Siew Khuan who is the brain behind the menu for desserts. She had accumulated much experience herself experimenting with various recipes whilst in New Zealand & Australia and has perfected the various dessert recipes.
