Hong Xing Hand Made Fishball Meatball Noodle stall - Hong Lim Food Centre (I)

My favourite Teochew Stall at Hong Lim Food Centre was closed on Sunday when I visit after service at Welsey, so I loiter around the other rows to check out if there were any new stalls to try. Sure enough I  discovered a Teochew Fish ball noodle stall which originated from Blk 115, Bukit Merah View operated by a Mr Kang.
His second generation successor the younger Mr Kang helms the stall here at Hong Lim Food Centre.
What is unique about the fish balls here is, they are made fresh daily about 2000 fish balls daily, and another specialty meat ball made with special ingredient - dried fried fish bone which renders an extra intense fragrant taste to the meat ball.

I love the special meat ball so much I had to have 20 more of them.
