This Teochew dumpling Kway Teow stall is nicely tucked away in the coffeeshop, situated at the basement of Lucky Plaza, at the heart of Orchard Road. This is THE ONE place you can find heartland hawker fare at reasonably pricing, despite it being at the centre of Orchard Road. For a bowl of dried dumpling Kway Teow  you pay only S$3.00 ! WOW ! Really an absolute steal ! Happiness IS HERE !
