Bob & I wanted to revisit Dian Xiao Er at West Coast Plaza on but was alarmed to find Dian Xiao Er has moved out of West Coast Plaza. Lately many of our favourite haunts are fast moving out of some malls due to low human traffic. Dian Xiao Er is one such casualty so is New York New York at Sembawang Shopping Centre.
So we adjourned to West Coz' Cafe which is still doing a bustling business. West Coz' Cafe is halal but serves Thai & Chinese styled Zhi Char which is very much received by many locals, including our Muslim friends as the cafe is halal.
Our last visit we ordered the Assam Fish so today we ordered something different : Fish HEad curry which seems to be the staple at every patrons' dinner table, the Har Zhong Gai ( Prawn Paste Chicken), Thai Seafood Salad.
