This is the froyo I tried out at Swirl@rt Cafe. The texture is smooth, light, not too sweet, with a melt in your mouth feel, not as creamy or dense as ice cream or gelato, but packed with loads of probiotic (the good friendly bacteria), which I know does wonders for my gut. At Swirl@rt Cafe, the froyo is 100% non-fat, does not contain gelatin and is gluten free. Swirl@rt Cafe uses certified live culture yogurt. The yogurt mix for the yogurt is also certified with live cultures. The fruit flavorings used at Swirl@rt Cafe is made from real fruits puree in glucose syrup.
