Vinum Fine Wines invites Philip Tuinder, Chateau de Fuisse to present the 2010 Vintage at Bistro du Vin (56, Zion Road) on 11 April 2012. Aby Tan, Sales Manager from Vinum Fine Wines let me joined the event for me to blog about it.

Right after I finished filming the Chefs at Pepperoni Pizzaria doing what they do best, I hopped  over to Bistro du Vin to join Philip Tuinder at the table.

(Interesting footnote : Philip is a Dutchman married to a French woman whose dad owns Chateau de Fuisse.)

We were introduced to 6 featured wines : NV Cremant de Bourgogne Blanc Brut, 2010 Tete de Cru, 2010 Les Combettes, 2010 Les Brules, 2010 Les Clos, 2010 Vieilles Vignes.
