Right after I finished filming the Chefs at Pepperoni Pizzaria doing what they do best, I hopped over to Bistro du Vin to join Philip Tuinder at the table.
(Interesting footnote : Philip is a Dutchman married to a French woman whose dad owns Chateau de Fuisse.)
