The Achar served at Rumah Sayang made with chili paste, lime, assam, white vinegar, a dash of meed red curry powder to give it a mildly reddish color. The cucumber, pineapple and carrot is infused with the vinegar and tastes crunchy and vinegary, very appetising. The Achar gravy is mildly sweet because Chef Lo uses a dash of sugar in it.
