Today is the 12th day of the Chinese Lunar New Year, the office under welfare funding for staff, organised a Yusheng Lou Hei for the staff at DGMS, NUS.
The food was bought from 933 Golden Pillow, where the chicken or fish or mutton chicken curry is wrapped in a first layer of glad wrap, followed by a layer of foil & then a layer of baking paper, then lastly wrapped in a layer of bread dough and then baked to perfection and the end result is what you see below :
