The Dim Sum feast starts here. We ordered using the order form below whilst the Yum Cha Service staff keys in the order into their iPad : 

Crispy Red Bean Banana (3 pcs for $3.80) - this is a sweet crisp roll made with core ingredients red bean paste & banana, both ingredients lend a melting sweetness to the outer crisp roll skin. 

Steam Pork Ribs with Sour Plum ($4.80) - Pork ribs are fully infused with the marinate, and is juicy tender with tinge of sourly sweetly spicy. 

Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice (2pcs for $4.80) - this tastes great as the glutinous rice is steamed just right with a meltingly moist soft texture, the salted egg yolk added gave a fragrant aroma to the rice, to top it all the meat filling (though of  small portion) is chewy sweet. 

Prawn & Mango Fritters (3pcs for $4.00) - the core ingredients for this is prawns & fresh mango slice. The mango lends a sweet flavor & the prawn lends a crunchy bite, & the fritter goes perfectly well with salad cream. 

Fried Chives Dumpling ( 4 pcs for $4.60) - this is the gyoza with chives filling and pan-fried to give the gyoza skin that fragrant crispy chewy texture. The gyoza goes deliciously well with dark vinegar & ginger julienned thinly to get that sourliness mingled with the juicy sweetness from the chives. 

Roast Meat Combo consisting of Roast Duck & Roast Pork at $16.80 - I love that the roast pork has very little fatty layer, and the skin is roasted till crisp, and tastes splendid with the mustard & sweet plum sauce together. We specially ask for roast duck breast meat as the meat in this part of the duck is tender with little fats. The roast duck skin is cleverly roasted to a tender crisp. 

Phoenix Claws also known commonly as Chicken Claws ($3.80 per serving) - I love it that the chicken claw has that slightly charred flavor to it and pairs so well with the sweet spicy sauce that it is braised & steamed in.

Fish Roe Siew Mai (3pcs for $3.80) - has the flying fish roe (Tobiko) as a garnish on top of the juicy chewy  pork meat that bursts as you chew into the Siew Mai to give you that burst of seafood salty flavor. 

Prawn Mango Bean Curd Crispy Roll ( 3pcs for $3.80) - I love the crispiness of the bean curd skin, the crunchy juicy texture of the fresh prawn, the sweetness from the mango all adds to give overall savoury sweet bite.

Yum Cha Prawn Dumplings (3pcs for $4.60) - transparent skin envelopes the crunchy sweet prawns. 

Sesame BBQ Pork Pastry (3 pcs for $3.80) - This BBQ Pork Pastry has a red hue with a moist savory sweet filling. The pastry bears a fragrant buttery flavor. 

Baked Mini Egg Tarts (3pcs for $2.80) - I absolutely adore these cute bite size tiny egg tarts that sits perfectly snuggly in my mouth with its custardly sweet filling, and a flaky melt in your mouth crust.
