New York New York at Sembawang Shopping Centre

Last night Bob & I used up the last coupon from New York New York@ Sembawang Shopping Centre by spending it on the BBQ Pork Ribs & the Roasted chicken. The pork ribs were juicy and baked to perfection. The serving is just nice so much so that we finished most of it leaving just a morsel for JOrdan. I had asked to change the wedges potatoes for unsalted french fries as I absolutely hated wedge potatoes. The chefs were happy to oblige.
The roast chicken was marinated in several spices, and roasted just nicely and not over done. Even when you cut through the meat, the meat juices just oozes out of the cut. The sauce that accompanied the chicken taste a little bit like pepper, a tat sweet, and pleasant to the taste, not too salty.
JOrdan had the best deal, because there were so much leftovers even to fill his bowl.
