Marble Slab Creamery at BUGIS+ - Cookie Dough Drizzle

From the Tasty Creations Menu at Marble Slab Creamery, you can select from 6 Categories and 18 Combinations. I chose the Cookie Dough Drizzle from the Category : Happy Birthday to you. It was really fun watching the service staff prepare it before my very eyes. 

How it is prepared : The staff first scoops three scoops of Vanilla ice cream from the ice cream counter and place it on the ice cream mixing board. Chocolate syrup is then laid on top of the ice cream. A chocolate chip cookie and an Oreo cookie is placed on top. The staff proceeds to crush the cookies and combine all the ingredients by stirring them up evenly with the ice cream shovel and scoop. Finally they are served in a dipped and rolled waffle bowl.

If it's your birthday today, head on down to The Marble Slab Creamery at Bugis+ and tuck into the Celebration Platter (S$39.80) - made of 10 scoops of different flavor ice-creams served with freshly prepared waffle on mouth watering maple syrup, drizzled with multi-colored chips. The flavors are :

Food Tasting Notes : The red velvet ice cream is made of butter cake, chocolate and cream cheese - the chocolate taste is very distinct, and looks red because of the coloring. The blackberry ice cream is of a lighter pink color compared to the other two pinks (red velvet and raspberry), and tastes sweet. The vanilla flavor is lightly sweet. The cool mint ice cream has a strong minty flavor. The cream cheesecake flavor has a very cheesy taste. The waffle comes served with maple syrup, is chewy and is made with malted flour. The serving is huge, great to share among 3-4 pax.

The Ambience 

In line with its name Marble Slab, the wall fronting the Ice Cream & Mix-ins Counter is lined with white Marble Slabs with grey striations with the mission "the freshest ice cream on earth" as an assurance to its fans that what you see is what you get - freshest ice cream created before your very eyes.

The walls next to the Mix-ins counter are nicely decorated with artful wallpaper depicting the many reasons why Marble Slab Creamery should be your choice to indulge in wonderful sweetness !

The Tasty Creations Menu comes in 6 different categories and 18 different Specialty flavors:
