Buffet Town at Raffles City Part 8

There is a Chilli Crab station dedicated to dishing out Chilli Crabs. The live crabs are first sliced into several parts then steamed, and when patrons ordered, are then cooked in Chilli Crab paste and served.

If I had to describe Buffet Town in a short phrase, it' ll be : fresh, wide variety, inhouse prepared finest ingredients, value for money, ala minute.

In fact I am so overwhelmed by the sheer choice I think I hardly could finish tasting all the dishes in just one single visit.

If you are looking for a quiet corner it is impossible as the dinner crowd I have observed on Thursday tells me this place is vibrant & loud. I am swarmed with people every where.

But the chefs are quick to top up the food when they observe that the food us running low, and they seem to really enjoy what they do. One thing Head Chef Andy shared was that the chefs are rotated among the 28 stations to give them all rounded training in cooking different cuisines.
