Long House Thai Cuisine at Longhouse Food Court at Upper Thomson Road

Thai Mango Salad

Thai Seafood Tang Hoon Salad

Chef Frankie Sim & His Thai Chef

Bob and I visited Longhouse Food Court along Upper Thomson Road. We used to feast at the Longhouse at their old location in Jalan Besar before they moved to Upper Thomson Road. Had a good chat with Selena the Food Court Manager in charge of the food stalls.

I ordered food from this stall call Long House Thai Cuisine. It is owned by Frankie Sim who cooks with another Thai chef from Thailand.

I chose their Tang Hoon Seafood salad for S$7 & their Mango salad for S$5 per plate. For a S$5 portion was very generous. The mango salad dish is served with peanut , green mango strips, bits of chilli padi, and drizzled with Thai fish sauce & lime juice.

The Tang Hoon seafood salad is very appetizing, they use large prawns, juicy calamari slices, with bits of black fungus and chilli padi bits, with slices of tomatoes soaked in fish sauce & lime.
