Hometown Cuisine in Smith Street Food Centre, Chinatown

Over Dinner at Hometown Cuisine, Bob ordered their stir fry sliced fish with ginger & onion for S$8. It comes with a respectable serving of white rice.

Hometown Cuisine (Jia Xiang)  Stall owner used to be the chef at a few major hospitality establishment before migrating to Australia. This past year he has moved back to Singapore as he finds the pace in Australia too mundane. The first thing he did was to set up shop in Chinatown. He currently runs the outlet here  together with his sisters.

Their Signature dish is : Steam Fish head with bean sauce, Kung Pau Chicken, Sea Cucumber in Claypot.
Their Slogan : Restaurant Food at Hawker Centre Prices !
