It was time to say farewell to Chun Xuan, my colleague from the Independent Program MCI who is moving on to Saw Swee Puat School of Public Health (SSP SPH ) for a more challenging position.
We set off for a farewell lunch treat by yours truly & Alvin specially for Chun Xuan at JuShinJung.
Here's a glimpse of what we ordered there yesterday :
The Chef's recommendation of Clear Beef Rib Soup was ordered by Davy (Alvin's Uncle) & Alvin, whilst Chun Xuan ordered the Saba Fish, and I ordered the BimBipbam in a hotstone bowl.
Clear Beef Rib Soup - deliciously stewed beef ribs in a soup broth sweetened naturally with red dates, with a slight buttery taste due to the shreds of fried egg omelette.
