It was quite a while since we last had dinner at Chinatown's Xing Long Food Stall so 22 Mar 2012 Bob & I made our way to for some Zhi Char fare at Xing Long. We ordered the Fish head stir fry with Bittergourd, Garlic & Ginger Chicken.
