Part 2 - Lee Kui (Ah Hoi) Teochew Restaurant at Mosque Street Chinatown

This is one dish we hardly eat, but is considered a delicacy in the Chinese Cuisine. 
The shark's fin soup here at Lee Kui (Ah Hoi) is laden with a good morsel of shark's fin, simmer in rich soup stock laced with strips of crab meat.

Braised Chicken with Chestnuts & Mushroom 



The sauce of the braised chicken taste sweet with a slight tinge of saltiness, the chicken meat tender for it has been stewed for hours.
