Part 4 - Lee Kui (Ah Hoi) Teochew Restaurant at Mosque Street Chinatown

This is another favourite in the Teochew family. Note the Large Prawns & Chinese White Gu Chai is stir fry in a special broth that has a tinge of Ti Bou (Dried Fish) taste to give it a fragrant flavor.
