World Championship of Chinese Cuisine 2012 at Singapore Expo (Part 1)

I happen to visit the World Championship of Chinese Cuisine held at the Singapore Expo on Friday 16 Nov 2012 and was really impressed at the wide spread of Cuisine meticulously displayed at each station.

The Competition lasts 3 days and starts from Friday 16 Nov - Sunday 18 Nov 2012, and only occurs once every 4 years. 2012 is the year where the Competition is  its 7th. There are a total of 53 teams with 212 chefs from Asia as well as Europe participating in this event. The teams are from countries : Japan, Kora, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, US, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands. Teams comprising of 4 Chefs are to prepare 2 sets of 6 dishes in 3.5 hours : appetiser, main course, dessert.
