Had an invite from Ms Karen Chang of Plaza Brasserie for a food tasting on Monday 17 Dec 2012, and I was delighted to attend. The Chefs at Plaza Brasserie, led by Head Chef Jackson Goh, worked hard to piece together a masterpiece that looks really tempting to the eyes of the diners.
Food Journal to showcase restaurant, cafe, bakery with Signature dishes, be it Italian, Mexican, Taiwanese, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Australian, Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai, Javanese, Irish, Dutch, German, American, Canadian, British, Vietnamese Cuisine.
