D'zerts Cafe at 30 Jalan Pari Burong - Chocolate Indulgence Junior

At D'zerts Cafe the Chocolate Indulgence Junior –  consists of a base sponge, followed by layer of chocolate mousse, then by dark chocolate sponge, top layer is solid dark chocolate. It differs from Senior 5 inch Chocolate Indulgence as it is half the height. It is made up of 3 different layers of chocolate : Chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse made up of 50% chocolate, dark chocolate made up of 70% chocolate. The result is Chocolate heaven !
