Interview with Tay Yong Seng - D'zerts Cafe at 30 Jalan Pari Burong
Tay Yong Seng used to be an Electronics & Communications Engineer with SingTel for 25 years before starting his travel business with his wife YS Travel conducting tours to Malaysia, Batam for corporate groups, Resident Community Centres, churches. He started D'zerts Cafe with second son Lemuel Tay who was a former chef with the Singapore Navy with a keen interest in pastry making. Yong Seng has an elder son who is a trained pilot.
Yong Seng is looking to open second outlet when opportunity arises and suitable locations are available.
