Kuru Kuru Japanese Restaurant at Valley Point - Prawn Avocado Salad

This is the Prawn Avocado Salad available in the ZENZAI Category under Ala Carte Menu of Kuru Kuru Japanese Restaurant at Valley Point. 

This dish is made with ingredients : Avocado, fresh prawns, lettuce, fish roe, salad dressing.
Food Tasting Notes : The avocado used in this salad is just ripe and soft and has a melt in your mouth consistency. The fresh large prawns are de-shelled, de-veined, cooked and halved and tasted absolutely sweet, juicy, is firm and turgid in texture that lends a firm bite. When you eat it with the fresh raw lettuce, the tiny fish roe bursts inside your mouth. Topped with the freshly made in house salad dressing, this dish combines sweet, creamy flavors with genuine freshness from the sea (prawns, fish roe), and crispiness from the lettuce, plus a creamy texture from the avocado. It is my salad of choice.
