All the 4 Signature Beef burgers are priced at S$10.00, whilst the Chicken burger - Lady NZ is priced at S$9.00. The burgers are served with either straight cut fries or sweet potato fries.

The Signature Burgers at Blink Burgers
The Lady NZ at S$9.00 each served with straight French fries or sweet potato fries is available at Blink Burgers, a Gourmet Burger joint founded by two good friends Chef Haikal & Hafiz that is located at 537 Bedok North Street 3, #01-555.
Core Ingredients include - Tender fresh chicken thigh butterflied, Chicken ham, Sambal sauce, pickled cucumber, Coleslaw, Garlic Aioli, served with Sweet potato fries.
How it is prepared - The tender fresh chicken thigh is butterflied & dipped into special batter made using two different types of flour (all purpose flour & corn flour) to which are added other secret ingredients to make it more tasty. Chef Haikal then deep fried the chicken thigh in the Fryer till it is crispy.
The deep fried chicken thigh is then served on Charcoal bun on top of a bed of fresh lettuce & fresh sliced tomato at the base of the Charcoal bun.
Then it is topped with Chicken ham, & drizzled with a scoop of that delicious spicy sweet homemade Sambal sauce, followed by Garlic Aioli.
It is lastly topped with Chef Haikal's homemade coleslaw & thinly sliced pickled cucumber, & served with crispy sweet potato fries.
Tasting Notes - The special batter using two types of flour gives a crispy sweetness to the chicken thigh. Chef Haikal uses fresh chicken thigh from market nearby that is very tender very juicy.
The chicken thigh meat is sealed completely within the batter to lend a sweet savoury juicy moist tender flavor.
Chef Haikal's homemade Sambal sauce gives an added sweet spicy flavor to the chicken thigh meat. Great for those who love Asian flavors!
The homemade Coleslaw gives an added sweet crunchiness to the Lady NZ.
Overall there is this sweet crunchy spicy juicy crispy freshness from tomato & lettuce that gives this burger an unforgettable flavor !
