Popiah at Longhouse Food Court along Upper Thomson Road

The Popiah at only S$1.50 per roll

Bob & I tried out the Popiah at Longhouse Food Court last night. 

Popiah is a traditionally Singaporean snack food : radish, hard boiled egg in bits, crispy corn flour bits, slices of prawns, tau gay, placed on a popiah skin lined with sweet sauce & chilli, then sprinkled with peanuts, and eventually rolled up & cut into 5 pieces.

I manage to film the popiah lady boss in her super-sonic popiah making fashion that really made me salute her for it.
