Char-Grill Bar specialises in Western Food and has 23 outlets in Singapore. Char-Grill Bar started in 2008 and is currently the subsidiary of Garden Cuisine Pte Ltd. The Chain specialise in Western style cuisine with American, Italian, French influences, and was awarded Asia's Number One Brand Western Cuisine Bar.
I usually go to their outlet in Block 505 Canberra Link. My favourite dish is the Mexican Chicken Chop that is served with a choice of 2 sides at S$6.90. The Chicken Chop comes with freshly cut onions laid on top of the chop, with Cheddar sauce drizzled on top of the onion, to lend it a cheesy taste. I chose French fries without salt as they taste sweeter without it.
