Tai Wah Minced Pork Noodle at Hong Lim Food Centre

Look at the generous slice of Ti Pou (Dried fish) that gives it an added flavour, with the rich supply of fresh pork liver cooked just tender and chewy. All for a mere S$3.00 or S$4.00 per bowl.

He is the second generation to helm the business. For a typical Teochew noodle stall, he uses fresh ingredients : Ti Pou, fresh liver. And to give the noodle that tangy taste, you have to have a dash of Teochew Black vinegar, stirred in with the Chilli sauce, and the taste is heavenly.
