Mr Cher is the proud owner & chef at Ah Kow Minced Pork Mee stall for many years. He was in this business learning the act of cooking Minced Pork Noodle since he was 10 years old.
This stall happens to be one of Bob's favourite. Mr Cher is generous with the lard & even freeely allows his customers to load their noodles with extra lard if they so desire.
For a mere S$4.00 for a bowl of noodles laden with rich ingredients such as the Ti Bou (Dried fried fish) used to make the noodles more tasty, and a dash of the traditional teochew vinegar from China, no wonder many customers queue for more than 20 mins without any quibble.
