14 Dec 2011 is Grouch Two's actual Birthday. She invited me & Bob, & Dad, together with Stanley for Ala Carte Buffet Dinner at one of our usual buffet haunts at Prosperous Kitchen, Sembawang Shopping Centre.
The portions are just right, not too little nor too much. We specially love the Red Tilapia Fried Fish, the Prawns with Pumpkin Sauce, the Gong Bao Chicken, Thai Chicken Fillet, Sambal Kang Kong.
The Chef use special Thai style chilli sauce and bits of finely chopped bunga kantan (pink ginger bud)
