Bob & I have dinner with Grouch Two, Stanley & Dad at Kimly Seafood's Branch at Yishun : Block 418 Yishun Ave 11 on Sat Nite 9 Nov 2011.
Kimly Seafood usually delivers great food and this Sat they again did not fail to surprise with newly invented dishes.
We tried out their Rose Wine Chicken Soup. This delightful thing about this dish was that they bothered to use fresh chicken instead of frozen supermarket chicken.
The chicken must have been cooked in slow fire /heat for many hours to give it that flavourful taste. To make it sweet the Chefs used red dates, the ginger gave it a slightly bitter taste. They used evaporated milk to give the soup a rich flavour.
