The chefs at Kimly Seafood at Yishun Avenue 11 Block 418 really knows how to innovate & get creative when it comes to revamping the menus specially to woo the weekend diners.
This particular Sat 7 July 2012 we are in for a treat as we throttled off to Kimly for a surprise.
We ordered the Chef's Specialty for the day, and indeed am impressed by delicacies that was delivered to our table.
The Kampong Chicken is steamed with mixture of Emperor Herbs over several hours, till meat tears off the bones. The meat is tender and the flavour of the herbs soaked through to give the chicken an herbal taste.
