Cafe Brio's Festive Offering at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore Part 2


Skip the hassle and choose from a vast assortment of delectable 
dishes to bring out the festive cheer. Special highlights include 
oven-roasted turkey breast stuffed with port wine dry fruit and port 
wine reduction ($72) and pistachio raspberry Yule log ($62).
Choose from a series of different meats, from roast beef with mixed
spices ($98) to the oven-baked Australian lamb rack ($95), a hearty
meaty affair awaits.



Children would be delighted at the sight of confectionary in the 
shape of chocolate jolly dwarves ($12/piece), chocolate 
santas($15/piece) and ginger bread boys ($9/piece). Christmas 
specials include the extravagant marrons glaces panettone ($88),
ciaculli’s tangerine panettone ($88) and fosters forest fruits in rum
globe jars ($32).
