Pavalona
There is a story behind the invention of Pavalona. Famous Russian Ballerina Anna Pavalona in 1920 visited Australia. In honour of Anna Pavalona, the Australian Pastry Chef develop this dessert and named it after her, with the inside of Pavalona as light as her dancing.
Whipped cream topping the pastry is smooth, the pastry filled with light cream at the centre and tastes great with the fruits on top.
