Taste of Thailand at Block 1001 Yishun Industrial Park A

Taste of Thailand used to be located  at the old Sembawang Shopping Centre 12 years ago where they were one of the top best restaurants doing, until the old Sembawang Shopping Centre was totally demolished to make way for a bigger spacious building now known as Sembawang Shopping Centre.

Despite its move out of Sembawang Shopping Centre, its fans has since sniffed their nose and followed Taste of Thailand's move to Block 1001, Yishun Industrial Park A. During their days at the old SSC, Taste of Thailand had always hired male service staff - you can never find any auntie going around taking orders.

The following are some must try dishes you got to get a taste of :

Sambal Kang Kong  - the kang kong is stirred fried & cooked just right, with dash of freshly blended sambal belachan chilli

Deep Fried Cuttlefish strips - taste sweet & spicy if you dip it into first the Thai green chilli sauce followed by the salad cream sauce.

Lemon Chicken - chicken fillet is deep fried to a crisp outer skin yet juicy inner meat, and the lemon sauce is indeed made from fresh lemon juice that has been caramelised to give a sweet taste.

Currently Taste of Thailand is in its second generation, with Kenny Ang helming the business together with his brothers.
