Ayam Penyet stall at NUS Science Canteen
This stall at NUS Science Canteen serves an affordable deep pomfret with rice, and a slice of fried tofu. The pomfret is very fresh and when served just fried , is piping hot and the juice just oozes out of the body. The pomfret is so well done that it's bones can be chewed and swallowed.
Accompanied with the pomfret is the rice with curry sauce, and two types of chilli : sweet chilli sauce & spicy Belachan chilli sauce. All this for only S$4.50 per set.
