Hokkien Noodle stall at Fu Chan Coffeeshop
I am not a fan of Hokkien mee due in part because most stall do not cook it well to be tasty. But I lift my hat off to this stall whose cook cooks with a generous dose of lard to the right consistency that the mee oozes with such fragrance, especially if you squeeze in a dash of lime and stir in their home made concoction of belachan chilli. The lard and pork slices brings out the taste of the noodles very well.
