You don't really need to go through lengths to pay exorbitant prices for good food. All you need is a discerning palate and a pooch's uncanny keen sense of smell that will bring out fabulous food in corners you most unheard of.
Now Bob & I are suckers when it comes to Xiao Long Bao. We really relish the moment when the soup from the Xiao Long Bao oozes out as we bite into it. Whenever we feel the craving, we'd head off to Sembawang Shopping Centre Food Junction - there is a stall called Formosa Delights operated by this chef from China who whips up quite a mean basket of eight Xiao Long Bao. They taste great with the dark vinegar and young shredded ginger served.
