Before the Beer Butt Chicken is served, it is carved into smaller pieces for easy sharing. Here below we have Chef Mario at BLooiE's assisting me in carving the Beer Butt Chicken.
Food Tasting Notes : Chef Mario uses a lot of spices in the seasoning rub on the skin that gave the chicken skin a savory buttery taste, the meat is tender juicy, tears off from the bones easily.
The Cajun fries has a lightly spicy salty flavor, whilst the raw fresh vegetable salad lends a light crispy crunch to the dish. The dipping sauce made from the remaining Tiger beer in the can has a taste that reminds me of Hoisin sauce, and though it has a similiar hue liken to that of black pepper sauce, does not taste peppery but lightly sweet. Likely the Tiger beer has absorbed the flavor of the seasonings ans spices to give this unique and appetising flavor.
