Peloton at Blk 1 Changi Village Road #01-2008 - The Making of Smoked Salmon Bruschetta on Waffle

The Signature Smoked Salmon Bruschetta & Salad served on waffle at S$9.90 per serving is available on the Menu 2015 of Peloton located at Blk 1 Changi Village Road #01-2008. 

This dish is made using Core Ingredients - creme cheese, bruschetta filling, dill sauce, sliced smoked salmon, wild rocket, cheese.
Tasting Notes - The Vanilla-flavored waffle balances the salty, savoury, smoky flavor of the Norwegian smoked salmon, & paired very well with the delicious special dill sauce & the lovely tarty salsa filling. 

The rocket salad with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil dressing with dried cranberry adds an extra fresh crispy sweet flavor to the smoked salmon bruschetta on waffle. 

The Making Of Smoked Salmon Bruschetta with Waffle
Step 1 - Rocket salad is served on the plate & drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar with Olive Oil & two other ingredients which Asyron prefers to keep secret. 

Step 2 - The freshly made waffle is cut into four quarters. Two of the waffle quarters are spread with cream cheese & set aside as the top side of the waffle sandwich. 
Step 3 - The two bottom side waffle quarters are first layered with Arugula (rocket leaves). 
Step 4 - To each bottom waffle is added some bruschetta salsa filling followed by three rolled Norwegian smoked salmon slices. 
Step 5 - Lastly some special dill sauce is drizzled over the top of the smoked salmon & the top side falls into place. 
Step 6 - The 2 quarter waffle sandwich are placed in the Panini griller to grill for a few minutes & served warm.
