One significant distinction that makes 18 Chefs different from your run of the mill restaurant is that he does not use microwave oven to cook the Cheese Baked Rice or Cheese Baked Pasta. Watch the Video below to find out what he uses.

The Pasta at 18 Chefs is cooked "ALA MINUTE" meaning cooked as per order so it ensures patrons get the freshest cooked food that makes it so palatable.

18 Chefs  also caters to non earning students by offering them a Student Meal Special at S$7.40 and they can opt to pay S$4 to add a waffle with ice-cream.

I ordered the Cheese Baked Rice & Brownie with Vanilla Ice-Cream.

Cheese Baked Rice - the serving is generous and can feed two mouths. 

Brownie is served fresh;y warm from the oven, the ice cream is lovely not too overly sweet
