This Fei Siong Zhi Cha Stall located at Changi Simei Community Club boasts of great food at affordable prices. The food is cooked like restaurant style but generous serving of ingredients, cooked with very little MSG.

Ji Ji Wanton Noodle is currently helmer by mother & daughter team of Mrs Wong and her two babelicious daughters the elder lovely Kristen & equally beautiful Jill. Every Sunday they would be seen bustling with activity at their stall in Hong Lim Food Centre. The trio specializes in Wanton noodle, Chicken wing noodle, Chicken claws noodle, Prawn dumpling noodle, Chicken cutlet noodle.

Every Sunday I will make my weekly pilgrimage to feast at Ji Ji Wanton Noodle. I usually orders the Chicken wing noodle with chicken claws for a mere S$4.00. I am quite a fussy eater, and am very sensitive to MSG whenever I taste MSG in my food......I will immediately feel a numbness sensation in my buccal cavity.

My verdict for Ji Ji noodle: I could down the entire black sauce they use for the chicken wings & claws without much of a problem. This goes to indicate they either use very little negligible MSG or none at all.

Jumbo Prawn Noodle at Hong Lim Food Centre

Mr Lee the proud stall owner & chef has been in this business for more than 50 years longer than any of you born in the 1960's. He is the second generation to helm the family business. His ingredients are made fresh daily and the soup cooked in a secret recipe passed from one generation to the next. The stall rests on Wednesdays.
