Thai Style Steamed Fish at Kimly Seafood Yishun Avenue 11 Block 418

Last Friday 23 Nov,  Bob & I left home for Kimly Seafood at Yishun Ave 11, Block 418 for dinner. We ordered their Thai Styled Steamed Fish & Hotplate Tofu. It turn out to be a great choice.

The Hotplate Tofu comes with generous portion with ingredients - prawns, mushrooms, minced pork, broad beans, fried Tofu pre-cooked, then served on a heated hotplate of fried eggs.

The Thai Styled Steamed Fish was steamed in fish broth with lemon grass, ginger slices, cut red chilli, pickled salted vegetable served on warmer. The meat is tender, the lemon grass lends a lightly lemony flavour, very appetising, somewhat tastes like Tom Yam but without the spicy taste.
