Mong Hing Teochew Restaurant Pte Ltd 茂兴大饭店(潮州时菜) Part 2


The goose meat is cooked to a tender texture, and is an easy bite, unlike some Teochew restaurants I used to patronise where the goose meat had a rough gamey texture. The sauce is lightly sweet salty in taste and goes really well with the meat.

The Oyster Omelette being one of the popular dishes at Mong Hing, was an add on over & above the Set Menu we ordered. 
The Chef uses really fresh oysters that burst into flavour of freshness as you bite into it. 
The omelette is fried perfectly well, without being overdone. Chef added bits of spring onions & red chilli to provide more flavour & colour to the omelette.
