Soup Restaurant is back at Causeway Point Level 5 Part 3 - Hometown Tofu, Samsui Ginger Chicken, Ah Kong

Chef  Xu Pei Chen 许培臣 came up with more delicacies below :

1. Hometown Tofu 家乡豆腐 - made in house by Chef at the restaurant with raw ingredients, steamed, then fried, and served in gravy sauce





2. Samsui Ginger Chicken 



3. Ah Kong (Sambal Kang Kong)
