Yours Truly received an invite from Ms Fiona Brenugat, the Marketing & PR Executive of Wine Connection for their 28 Jan 2014 Portuguese Wine Dinner at their 41 Cuppage Terrace outlet. I couldn't resist the temptation after checking out the Dinner & Wine Pairing Menu for the evening. Here's my account of the Portuguese Wine Dinner.

The Ambience
Wine Connection at Cuppage Terrace boasts of an inner air-con dining area with seating capacity of about 60 pax and al fresco dining with seating capacity of about 100 pax.
On the left of the entrance of Wine Connection's inner dining area houses a comprehensive collection of wines from all over the world, some of which are chilled.
The Kitchen - where Chef Alex Low and his team serves up the full course dinner for the night.
The al fresco dining area has a seating capacity of about 100 pax.
