The Matiz at Kraze Burger - is made of 100% pure beef patty, home made pickles, grilled onions, pork bacon, with special sauce, sun dried tomatoes, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise. The Matiz is really the K.B. Original minus the Pork bacon.
My Burger Tasting Notes : The BBQ sauce lends a smoky, BBQ flavor to the patty. Pork bacon is grilled till crispy and juicy, tastes savory, salty but blends in with the sourly taste of the pickles, the beef patty is thick, juicy, tender and not too dry. The grilled onions gives a sweet flavor. The bun is soft and fluffy.
