Truffle Fries (S$10) - this dish is made of straight cut fries deep-fried in vegetable oil, drizzled and tossed with Truffle oil and topped with a generous amount of shredded Parmesan Cheese and sprinkling of chopped dried parsley.
Food Tasting Notes - The truffle oil (made from truffles) lends a garlicky flavor to the straight cut fries. The chopped dried parley and sea salt lends a lightly salty, refreshing taste to the crisp fries. The truffle oil when added to the Parmesan cheese lends a nutty flavor. The truffle oil has a strong garlicky aroma when added to the newly fried fries.
