Co-Founder & Chef - Chef Tom Oh

Chef Tom first started his culinary career at a Japanese Restaurant called Osahi Bay for 2 years, then moved on to Amara Hotel doing Western Cuisine for a good 5 years, before heading on to Pan Pacific Hotel for a year.

He left Pan Pacific Hotel for the Marmalade Group, doing European Cuisine for about 4 years. The next stage of his culinary career saw him working in a new restaurant Fork & Chopstick at Mid-view Building doing Western and Chinese Cantonese Cuisine. Soon he was headhunted to join Dozo serving Japanese-French Fusion Cuisine for a year before joining Kitchenette Singapore at Novena serving French Cuisine.

A year later, he left Kitchenette for Far East's OChre and served for 1 year before deciding to set up a new restaurant with partners Henry Ang, Chris, Chef Wendy. Chef Tom Oh brings with him close to 15 years' Culinary experience.

The Menu

The Menu at The Citrus House comes in several categories ranging from :

All Day Breakfast (8 am to 5 pm) - 8 items such as Sous Vide Egg Benedict, Egg Norwegian, Omelette with Home Fries, Ham & Cheese French Toast, Sweet & Salty, Espresso Pancake Stack.
Starters from 8 am - 6 popular items such as Seaweed Wrap Tuna Tempura, Polenta crusted Soft Shell Crab, Smoked Duck Salad, Caesar Salad.
Sandwiches & Burritos for Bread Lovers - 4 items such as Chicken Club Sandwich, Smoked Salmon Sandwich, Jumbo Hotdog & Bun, Signature Chicken Burrito.
Lunch (from 11.30 am onwards) & Dinner Main Course - 11 items such as Pan roast Salmon, Catch Of The Day, Grilled Free Range Chicken, Slow Cooked Leg Of Lamb, Signature Citrus Duck Confit, The Ultimate Beef Burger, as well as a selection of Pasta dishes to tantalize the taste-buds of the diners.
Eat Me ! (11.30 am onwards) - 10 items mainly sides such as Chicken Wings, Truffles Fries, Mashed Potato, Corn Fritters, Oatmeal Fish, Buttermilk Onion Ring, etc.
Beverages include - Bottles Beer, White Wine, Red Wine, Artisanal Tea, Artisanal Iced Tea, Hand crafted Specialty Coffee, Iced Specialty Coffee, Ice Blended drinks, Coffee Free Drinks, Desserts.
