The Wave House Sentosa Menu 
The Cuisine served at Wave House Sentosa is Modern Californian-Asian Cuisine. Some of the Signatures include : 
  1. Blackened Fillet of Salmon with Passion Fruit Vinaigrette, 
  2. Braised Australian Beef Cheek with Mushroom Ragout, 
  3. Lemongrass Scented Boneless Kampong Chicken, 
  4. Steam Black Mussels Sauteed in Garlic & White Wine.






The Signature Desserts 

Some of the Signature desserts include : 
  1. Waffle with vanilla ice - cream
  2. Coconut Panna Cotta
  3. Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice-Cream
  4. Chocolate Mousse


Coconut Panna Cotta - silky smooth panna cotta with a creamy burst of coconut, decked & lined with sliced mango, strawberry & passion fruit coulis, priced at $8.00.
This dessert is made using core ingredients coconut, milk, served with slices of mango & strawberries. The mango is drizzled with passion fruit coulis & garnished with mint leaves on top of the panna cotta.

Tasting Notes - distinct milky flavor with a sweet coconut after taste & aroma, very refreshing. When you stir in the passion fruit coulis with the coconut panna cotta, it lends a mildly, sourly flavor to the sweet coconut. The mildly sweet coconut panna cotta has a light smooth tender melt in your mouth texture. 









Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice-Cream - full bodied chocolate cake enclosing a decadent centre of warm flowing chocolate, blissfully balanced with vanilla ice-cream, drizzled with citrus salsa & a whisper of chili, priced at $10.50.
Tasting Notes - Chef uses a dash of shortbread biscuit with a side citrus salad made using pomelo, grapefruit & orange segments drizzled with a tinge of chili flavor it its sweet sauce. When you cut the lava chocolate the warm molten lava exudes out with a sweet strong chocolate flavor & pairs very well with the vanilla ice cream. 








Waffle with vanilla ice-cream - freshly ala minute prepared warm waffle served with vanilla ice cream, fresh mango slices, strawberries that are halved, drizzled with chocolate & caramel sauce. Waffle made very crisp & fluffy, with lots of air pockets. Chef Bert drizzled a lot of chocolate sauce with chocolatey flavor. I love the vanilla ice cream balances out the intense flavor from the chocolate syrup. Mango adds a sourly sweetness to this dessert. The strawberries are sweet as well. 





Chocolate Parfait - the smooth silky chocolate mousse is served in a cocktail glass which is filled to the brim with the mousse, with a middle layer of raspberry sauce, and the base is filled with chocolate wafer that is crushed into bits. Taste is very much close to Chocolate Kit-Kat. The mousse is light fluffy nice, very light texture, the raspberry lends a very intensely sweet flavor to it.
